  1. Great compilation and series, Paul! A lot of really good shots in there.

    Is funny though, and this just came up this week, specifically with my 52 In 52 image for this week, where I purposefully always try to do the opposite and make sure no reflection of me is in the shot… had to do that, and keep scooting over so that the right pump blocked my reflection

    Which I know may sound odd, since I entirely too much include myself in my images… but that is almost always out of necessity, and when felt one is needed, my just having no one else better to incorporate into the shot, so have to use my sorry ass

    Because honestly, for the most part, I don’t want to soil my images with my bloody mug (or ass) in it… but alas

    May though have to do another homage to you, and copy this and do a shot or two blatantly emulating this fine series o’ yours

    • Thanks, Jeff. Once I started paying attention to my reflection/shadow I found there are lots of interesting things you can do casting it on various surfaces and juxtaposing it with the other elements in the environment. It’s a good idea to play around with when you’re feeling uninspired.
