The Print

• All prints under 17" x 22" that are sold matted are matted on acid-free foam core backing and include a white bevel-cut 4-ply window mat that meets conservation standards. Prints are not framed, however all mats are standard North American photographic print sizes. (Please see How I mat, package and ship prints for some photos.)
• All prints are printed on the finest papers using Epson® hardware and inks for optimum print finish and maximum life (see "Equipment and Technique" for more detailed information on the equipment used to produce the prints). The longevity of each print is 70+ years or longer in a UV protected environment or under glass.
• Prints are numbered (if the edition is limited) on the overmat, and signed and dated (and numbered) on the back of the print. A few prints are available in Limited Editions only — in editions of between 15 and 50 prints (plus 5 artist's proofs). Prices of limited edition prints increase as the prints are sold.
• Not all images are available for purchase or in all sizes. You may browse the prints that are available for purchase by visiting the Print Store. Some photographs are available as limited editions, and these photographs can be browsed in the Limited Edition Prints gallery.
• If there is a photograph in one of the galleries that you are interested in purchasing that is not currently offered for sale, please contact me and let me know the title of the photograph you are interested in, and the size.

Ordering and Payment

All prices on this website are in US dollars. Payment is accepted by credit card through PayPal. Payments are fully secure — and you do not need a PayPal account to make payment, just a credit or debit card. PayPal transactions are the easiest and quickest method of purchasing prints, however, I will accept personal cheques and other forms of payment. Contact me with a list of the photographs and sizes that you would like to purchase if you would like to arrange alternate payments.

Purchasing a print with the shopping cart is easy and secure. Simply browse the photographs on this site, and if you see an image you would like to purchase, select the size of the image desired and add it to your cart. Once you are finished browsing, you can 'View Cart' to make any changes to your order or to complete payment.

Shipping

Prints are packed carefully in order to protect them against the rigours of shipping. Matted prints are shipped in boxes, and are additionally protected with bubble wrap. Unmatted prints below 17"x22" are shipped flat in sturdy cardboard, while unmatted 17"x22" prints are shipped in shipping tubes. In the unlikely event that a print should ever be damaged en route, I will replace the print once the damaged print is returned to me.

Prints are usually shipped within 3 to 4 days. In rare circumstances, it may take longer, in which case you will be notified as soon as possible.

You may choose your preferred method of shipping from your shopping cart. The 2 methods currently available for shipping within the USA or Canada are:

• Expedited Shipping - Prints are shipped via Canada Post Expedited (about 5-12 business days delivery within Canada and USA), or by air mail to other countries.

• Express Shipping - Prints are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost (about 4-7 business days delivery to the USA, 2-4 business days within Canada)

Prints are shipped from Canada. Please note that buyers are responsible for their own country’s customs charges and import taxes, if applicable.

International Orders (Outside of the USA and Canada)

As a general guide, prints shipped to locations outside of the USA and Canada have a delivery expectation of 4-6 weeks. If you would like to purchase a print and you are located outside of the USA or Canada, contact me with a list of the prints you would like to purchase and their sizes (as well, please indicate if they are matted or unamtted), as well as your location, and I will quote you the shipping charges.

The simplest way for you to do this is to add the prints you’d like to purchase to your cart, and then email me your Cart ID# (you will see this number at the top of you cart), and your country and postal code.

Return Policy

I offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you don’t like the print for any reason, send it back to me and I will refund your money (excluding shipping costs). Prints must be returned in original condition and in original inside packing.

Copyright

When you purchase one of my prints you are purchasing the actual physical print, with the right to display the print for viewing for non-commercial purposes. However, unless specifically authorised in writing, you may not scan, duplicate, copy, resell, publish, or otherwise utilise the image in any manner without prior written authorisation — you will own the print, not the rights to the original image.
