  1. Hi, I like your work very much. The one thing you might want to consider is the way you go about naming your work. IMHO the work is evaluated by its artistic merits firstly by what you the photographer has seen in the subject or subject matter. For instance your “bike in the snow” picture which you have named Forgotten is awesome as a picture and the poetic thought behind the way you perceived it as a subject and framed it. BUT the dead mouse named “Death” ……… makes it a dead subject. I look at it and even my poetic imaginative thoughts are curbed by you calling it “death”. End of the line for any imagination or thought process. The lighthouse picture in HDR (I’m assuming it’s HDR or processed to seem like so) with two girls walking towards it with the wind bending the grass towards the path REALLY begs for more than the name of the lighthouse. I mean well and wish you the very best.
    Regards,

  2. SG, thanks very much for your thoughtful comment. You are, of course, right. I am very lazy when it comes to naming my photographs. Thanks for taking the time to comment. I will make more of an effort to try to capture in the title what the photo means to me.
